Real Estate is our profession, but stewardship is our kuleana

Though we are based in California, we carry deep aloha and respect for the people of Hawai‘i, both at home and in the diaspora.

We recognize that land in Hawai‘i is not just property—it is legacy, culture, and the people of the lāhui. And we know that generations of Kānaka Maoli have faced displacement, predatory speculation, and the loss of ancestral lands.

As a real estate and architectural design firm, we are committed to donating our time, knowledge, and efforts to support the Kānaka Maoli (Native Hawaiians)—whether you’re still living on the islands or have been displaced to the States.

We stand and support to help families keep land, build smart, and stay rooted.

The spirit of aloha is more than a value to us —it’s a responsibility that we as a company live by and share with everyone we meet, every family we advise, and every community we serve.

If you're Kānaka, an organization or cultural educator and want to collaborate, share knowledge, or correct anything here, please reach out.

This is a living page—and we are listening.

If you’re part of a nonprofit, cultural org, or community group, we are also available to speak on real estate topics or offer workshops to help educate others.
