ROOF is a real estate brokerage that builds deep roots with each person we “ALOHA” ALO (presence, front, and face) HA (breath) with. Our purpose has always been to culture-shape and change the traditions of real estate with the ethics of our company and educate our clients about what makes us different from any other brokerage. We lead with aloha, and our intentions start with us, personally; we make the amount of realness, empathy, and passion that goes into is felt with ROOF as a brand and brokerage. One of the mentors we reference throughout our company and require our crew read, is a book by Rosa Say from her book Managing with Aloha. We use the word Mālama since our main purpose in the real estate world is to help and care for our all of our clients. Rooted within this value of Mālama is the concept of mālamalama. In their Hawaiian Dictionary, Mary Kawena Pukui and Samuel H. Elbert define mālamalama as the “light of knowledge, clarity of thinking or explanation, enlightenment” where those things one considers will wonderfully become “shining, radiant [and] clear.” Your path is an enlightened one for you when you are taking care of certain things along your way. You serve them, protect them, and honor them, and in doing so you feel better. You become better which is every intent we have for our company.

  • ROOF is a real estate brokerage with a fresh vibe, blending sharp industry expertise with the spirit of aloha. We’re not your typical brokerage—we mix style, storytelling, and strategy to create memorable experiences for our clients. Whether we’re unlocking doors or creating scroll-stopping content, we make real estate feel less like a transaction and more like a vibe.

  • Showing Agent Duties:

    • Guide clients through property showings, giving them the inside scoop on what makes each space unique.

    • Highlight key details that match clients' needs while keeping the convo natural and engaging.

    • Stay organized and communicate smoothly with our agents to keep showings on point.

    • Familiarity with Greater LA neighborhoods (Westside, LA, Eastside, SFV, etc.)

    • Reliable transportation & clean driving record

    • Must be professional, punctual, and personable with clients.

    Part Time / Per Diem (10-20 hrs / week)

  • Direct Mentorship: In a small business environment, you're often working closely with the CEO + Broker, providing you with direct access to their knowledge, expertise, and guidance. Your ideas and efforts will be noticed and implemented, allowing you to see the direct results of your work.

    Increased Autonomy: You may have more autonomy and responsibility in your role. This can allow you to take on diverse tasks and projects, giving you the opportunity to learn and grow in various projects that ROOF offers in different departments.

    Flexibility: Flexible availability during office hours, evenings, and weekends

    • Experience with or interest in the Real Estate industry Experience with MLS, Zipforms, or Docusign is preferred but not required

    • Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills
